Friday Lunch Breaks
If your venue wants to host and participate in our Lunch Break networking events, please complete the form below and submit. One of our representatives will contact you to reserve your spot and coordinate the event.
These Networking Events will give the host venue the perfect opportunity to generate some revenue and at the same time showcase their business to those who serve our 70 million annual visitors.
What is The Friday Lunch Break About: are hosted once or twice a month from 11:45 AM to 1:30 PM. This is a networking event bringing executives from the hospitality, corporate and tourism industry together. This target audience individuals generally has lunch meetings set almost every day of the week. Attendance may reach between 20 and up to 75 plus depending on the program.
What Does The Lunch Break Includes: Lunch break should include three options, chicken, meat and vegetarian and should be served either buffet for speed (recommended), sit down or family style which is up to the venue to decide. Program should include the meal, ice tea, taxes and gratuity at the inclusive rate of $15 total per person unless the meal or additional services were upgraded and agreed to prior to the event.
What is The After Hour Mixer & Excitement About: is hosted monthly from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The After Hour Mixers & Excitement is a networking event bringing all branches from the Central Florida tourism corridor together. This target audience includes both executives and front line employees who are connected directly to Central Florida 70 plus million visitors. Attendance may reach between 20 and up to 75 plus depending on the program.
What Does The After Hours Includes: After Hours should include 2 drinks and appetizers during the event and should be served as a buffet style. Program should include the 2 drinks, taxes and gratuity at the inclusive rate of $10 total per person unless the venue has any additional services that were upgraded and agreed to prior to the event.
We do not charge the venue to host this event: We charge the attendees based on the venue cost which is listed below. Sometimes we do charge an excess fee which includes taxes, gratuity, parking and any other fees that may be imposed outside the exclusivity program.
"VERY IMPORTANT" What Do We Ask For From The Venue In Return: We ask the venue for at least 5 certificates of $25 each or higher to promote their business at the event and at future events. We also ask that they comp our 5 Annual Partners and Sponsors the Lunch Break or the After Hours, they are the ones to fund this program.
