PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

REGISTRATION
All Exhibitors must complete the online registration form in order to reserve a table.

INVOICE
An invoice will be e-mailed to all exhibitors after completing the registration form


RESERVED TABLE
Payment must be received before a table is guaranteed.


FOOD SPONSORS

This rate and sponsorship are for restaurants ONLY. Sponsors must serve actual food and not sweets.

CANCELLATIONS
50% refund for cancellations received 60 days prior to event date.  Sorry, no refunds for any cancellations after the 60 days deadline.

LIABILITY INSURANCE
Event host may ask for insurance depending on the business

SPONSORS ONLY


Payments must be received 60 days before the event date in order to include any logos on all printed marketing materials.
